Juan 365 Terms and Conditions

I. Membership Registration

The minimum eligibility requirements are that players should be 21 years old and not be in the prohibited categories that were laid out in Memorandum Circular No. 6, Series of 2016 provided by the Office of the President to join Juan 365. This ensures our system is available to lawfully authorized persons only.

It can be registered on-line or face-to-face. Applicants are expected to present one (1) original, accredited government-issued ID and accurately present personal details as part of restrictions to stringent security and identity verification procedures. This ensures a safe and PAGCOR regulated game play to both the user and the site.

II. Authorization to contact

Players consent to critical notifications about their accounts, promotion, special offers and events by becoming a member of Juan 365. These are the identified channels of communication that we use:

  • Email – To receive account changes, promotions and news
  • SMS -To send time-sensitive promotions and essential notifications
  • Accounting is verified through phone calls and the emergency is addressed.
  • Social media – Social media will play a big role in coverage of the show, updates and engagement with the community through the official Juan 365 Facebook, Instagram and X (Twitter) accounts.

At any time, players can change their preferences to contacting by typing an e-mail to our Customer Support Team.

III. Privacy and Data Gathering

Juan 365 values trust and player consideration which is grounded on the law of Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and PAGCOR laws in toto. The personal information so gathered is only used in the following ways:

  • Identification and KYC Verification -To ensure compliance with the legal requirements
  • Marketing and Promotions – To communicate about special deals and current possibilities to use
  • Rewards and Loyalty Programs- To monitor the issuance of prizes, involvement of the participants, and incentives

All personal information is stored securely in the Philippines and stored at least one year after the end of an account inactivity. Information will disclose only when needed in last minute to trusted partner, regulatory bodies, or service providers and will never be available to sell or release.

IV. Membership Restrictions and Membership Eligibility

Juan 365 is also following strict eligibility criteria to comply with the Philippine gaming laws. Membership is ineligible to the following:

  • People who are below 21y.
  • Learners of any institution or university in Philippines
  • Government authorities, charged with the control of betting
  • Philippine National Police (PNP), Armed Forces Philippines (AFP), Navy and Air Force officers Officers of the Philippine National Police (PNP),
  • PAGCOR personnel
  • The people mentioned in the list entitled National Database of Restricted Persons
  • The Gaming Employment License (GEL) holders Individuals holding a Gaming Employment License (GEL)
  • Persons who were banned or blacklisted
  • First degree relation is seen on the spouse, parents and child of the restricted individuals.
  • Those, who are engaged in unlawful financing activity in the gambling world

In case the restrictions are breached or in case of the provision of false information Juan 365 is entitled to reject or cancel memberships.

V. Member Declarations

By registering, all participants agree and accept the following:

  • You are 18 years and above and can compete.
  • You will also follow the rules of PAGCOR and sensible betting.
  • You agree with this privacy policy and data handling of Juan 365.
  • The KYC verification will be completed by you within three calendar days after account creation, or you will complete the KYC verification earlier before the first withdrawal.
  • Deposits and withdrawals will all be done to payment accounts registered.
    • Incoming Processing Times:
      • 1-3 business days 1-30 days
      • PH3 to 5 business days: 50,000 to 500,000
      • 5-10 business days of 500,001 and above

Note: Delays can be due to technical reasons or third party payment providers not in the control of Juan 365.

VI. Account Termination and Suspension

Causes Juan 365 may have which it reserves the right to suspend or close accounts include:

  • Sorted accounts Handling multiple accounts
  • Abuse of bonuses/promotions
  • A loss in a game children do not reach the required age
  • Use of robots, or programming/cheating
  • Engaging in illegal or corruption related acts, e.g. money laundering

Players under suspension can fill in an appeal or seek further clarification with Customer Support.

VII. Adherence to Anti-Money laundering (AML) Regulations

Juan 365 closely monitors transaction to detect any suspicious activity to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA). Accounts can be suspended prior to an account closure in the event they are suspected of performing illegitimate actions, without prior warning.

The members should:

  • This can be done by getting involved in AML probes in a collaborative style
  • Recognize the activities and findings of the accounts which are similar to anti-money laundering
  • Adhere to changes in policies and regulation demands

VIII. Policy Changes

These Terms and Conditions may change any time and are to be changed without prior notification. The current version of the terms is agreed with the ongoing usage of Juan 365 services.
